This is an interesting article. Way back in 1997, Dr Peter Saul suggested four metrics for measuring HR success: its execution of strategy; building and maintaining an efficient infrastructure; optimising employee commitment and capability; and creating a continually renewing organisation. I am always asked by HR Graduates what lessons have I learnt that have added to my success as a HR practitioner.
